The Ribbed Muff goes perfectly with the Ribbed Hat. It only takes one skein make both.

Stitches Used: cast on, knit, purl, bind off
Measures: 8 1/2″ long and 4″ wide
Gauge: in knit 1, purl 1, ribbing, 15 stitches and 18 rows = 4″ by 4″

-Materials-

• 1 skein Lion Brand Homespun, barely – 185 yds ( 98% acrylic 2% polyester)
• size 10.5 24″ length knitting needle
• yarn needle

1. Cast on 24 stitches.
2. Knit 1, purl 1, to end.
3. Repeat number 2 till piece measures 8 1/2″.
4. Bind off.
5. Weave in ends.
6. Sew sides together.

Strap

1. cast on 133 stitches.
2. Bind off.
3. Pull strap thought the muff and sew ends together.
4. Weave in ends.
